A 25% RESERVATION BINDER is required with your reservation. Upon receipt,
confirmation of your accommodations will be mailed to you. The outstanding
75% rental balance and a security deposit ($100.00 minimum, $1000.00 maximum)
ARE DUE AND PAYABLE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Your security deposit will be
returned by mail within 30 days of checkout (phone bills can take as long
as 30 days to arrive) less any significant damage, excessive electricity usage, excessive cleaning costs
and/or long distance phone calls. Please no pets without prior arrangements.
All rentals are subject to state and county tax of 9%.
