When will my security deposit be returned?

Security deposits are refundable within 30 days after departure less any significant damage, excessive cleaning, excessive electricity usage, excessive water usage and/or lonag distance phone calls.

What form of payments do you accept?

At this time we accept personal checks (at least 30 prior to arrival), cashier checks, money orders, cash or PayPal (plus 3 - 5% processing fee).

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am. Other arrangements can be made if no other party is staying at the property prior to your arrival or is due to arrive on the day of your departure.

What is the nearest airport?

The closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (RSW) about 50 minutes north of Marco Island. Alternative airports are Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale International (FLL), both approximately 2 hours east of the island.

Are there any grocery stores on the island?

There are three major grocery stores on the island. In addition there are specialty stores, liquor stores, hardware stores etc. also.

Do you offer daily or weekly maid service?

Daily or weekly maid service can be arranged for with our cleaning company.

Do I need to bring towles, sheets, etc.?

Our vacation rental homes are fully equipped. Linens and towles are provided. All homes are also equipped with Washer and Dryers.

Where's the beach?

There are two beach entrances on the island, Tigertail Beach located at the northern end and the south beach entrance located south. There is also the resident's beach, however, this requires a one month minimum stay requirement for a walk on pass and a two month minimum stay requirement for a drive on pass.
